    Christine Lane, MSW, LCSW

    Christine Lane is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She is the owner of Shore Counseling LLC, founded 2007. Christine is a practicing psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience and is skilled in cognitive therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), stress management and crisis intervention. She has extensive experience working with women and young adults who are struggling with codependency, depression, anxiety and self esteem with a focus on ‘Mind, Body and Spirit’. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and mental health.

    Christine strives to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where you can safely explore areas of your life, overcome struggles and gain important insight along the way. Stress and anxiety are at an all time high with political uncertainty, school violence and social media. Learn Emotional Freedom Techniques to release negative emotions; while developing a healthier self. She also does psychological assessments for candidates considering bariatric surgery.

    Melonie Boileau, MSW, LCSW

    Melonie is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field throughout Cape May and Atlantic County. Melonie practices evidence-based treatment, cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interview techniques to treat addiction and co-occurring disorders. Melonie specializes in in providing marital therapy and individual therapy for adults suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), military trauma, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders.

    James Gregory is a Master Level Licensed Professional Counselor with over 35 years of experience. James provides individuals, couples, families and adolescents with counseling for a variety of emotional and psychological problems. He is also experienced in treating addiction issues and strives to provide a comfortable and non-threatening atmosphere for his patients.

  • Charlene Diperi, MSW, LCSW

    Charlene Diperi, MSW, LCSW

    Charlene is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Since 2003, Charlene has maintained an active private practice providing individual counseling, couples therapy and family therapy to those struggling with anxiety, depression, military trauma, life transitions, domestic violence, disabilities, and LGBTQ/Gender issues.

    Charlene has also worked for the Coast Guard for over fifteen years, providing psychosocial and domestic violence assessments and therapy. Charlene has also dedicated her time to volunteering as a Crisis Intervention Counselor for Women’s Resources and served as a board member for the Coalition Against Rape and Abuse.

    Charlene feels that it is important to use her skills to help the community. As an active member of the St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, she often follows the Serenity Prayer as a guiding principle in practice: ‘God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.’

    Laura Bruno is a Shore Counseling Psychotherapist and has been practicing for six years, most recently in VA mental healthcare in New York and Connecticut. Laura specializes in couples and trauma therapy, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety and major life transitions. Laura is dedicated to personalized and compassionate care that promotes emotional healing and growth in individuals, couples, families and groups.

    Rachel Barbagello

    Office Manager, Rachel Baragello, has worked at Shore Counseling for 3 years: She provides administrative support to all the psychotherapists as well as oversees the front office, scheduling appointments, medical delivery and customer service. Rachel graduated from Philadelphia University and has a background in quality assurance and managing customer service departments in the health care industry.
