Shore Counseling’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Shore Counseling’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees work through various challenges that may adversely affect their job performance or personal life such as depression, anxiety, financial hardships, substance abuse or relationship issues. If an employee can get the assistance they need through our EAP, then they can continue to be productive in the workplace, which is our ultimate goal. Through our EAP, employees and their dependents can receive 3-4 counseling sessions on a timely basis to assist them with any challenges they may be facing. Shore Counseling has provided the Employee Assistance Program to organizations, municipalities and schools for over 10 years with the belief that a healthy employee is a productive employee.
